MWSE Adult Education offers free courses, for high school credit, to eligible individuals. We provide support and guidance as you work to become a high school graduate. If you are over the age of 20, you may be eligible to work towards a traditional high school diploma. Upon completion of our graduation requirements, you will receive an official high school transcript and diploma from Hillsdale Community Schools. |
Transcript REquests
We will need transcripts from your previous schools to determine which credits you need to complete to become eligible to earn your diploma. Your educational records are confidential, so we need written permission to obtain a copy of your transcript and/or Individualized Education Program (IEP). We also need a copy of your ID to attach to this form.
Please fill out our Transcript Request Form by clicking on the button below. This form may be completed and submitted in digital or hard copy format. Be sure to email or print this form and return it to MWSE Adult Education so that we may obtain your educational records.
CREDIT REQUIREMENTS
Once we have evaluated your transcript, we will enroll you in classes to work towards fulfilling our graduation requirements. The number of credits a participant needs to receive a diploma is dependent on the participant's original projected date of graduation and is outlined below.
Participants arriving to our adult education program with these credits already completed will be required to complete at least 2 additional credits through our program to gain residency as a Hillsdale Community Schools student. In addition, you must score at 9th Grade level or above on the TABE test in both reading and math, as well as meet the credit requirement to be eligible to receive a diploma.
To participate in our program, you will need to complete the TABE basic skills placement test and our online enrollment forms.
